We can talk about anything while riding a stunt bike. We can go around the circus track and have a debate on fair trade, the nature of commitment, or marriage equality… Between its offbeat humour and its existential pedaling, Dad is dead is a profoundly iconoclastic performance. The two chatty cyclists progressively unveil the ambiguity of the bonds that unite everything, all while questioning themselves on the nature of activism. From the perpetual movement of the bike and the rambling conversation, a gleeful circus performance is born.
