Brussels’ best kept secret is a masked quatuor whose D.I.Y. approach goes as far as creating their own instruments. The members of Why The Eye? are prehistoric techno enthusiasts. That means they don’t just play loops - they create them and share them on stage. What comes out of it is an organic and untamed performance that pushes them towards a state of ecstatic trance. Their sound, their rhythm and their instruments all serve to create noisy-experimental-tribal music that is both mind-altering and rapturous. Despite their savage exterior, they don’t bite - rather, they invite you to join them in this festive and transcendent ceremony.
